Practice Description
Gerald W. Roberts focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and business litigation, including disputes involving patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and unfair competition. He has represented clients in intellectual property matters in federal courts, in the International Trade Commission, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.
Mr. Roberts has more than 10 years of prior experience as an electrical engineer and engineering manager, has held a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance, and is a registered patent attorney in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
He has experience with various technologies, including, but not limited to, telecommunications, semiconductors, software, electrical power metering systems, electronic fuel control systems, electronic flow measurement devices, electronic security systems, facilities automation and control systems, and medical devices.
