Practice Description
Jill C. Penn is a member of the Firm's Securities and Corporate Governance Litigation Practice Specialty Group and has been involved in business litigation on internal investigations, director and officer litigation, securities litigation, and class action defense. Ms. Penn is also a member of the Firm's Real Estate and Construction Practice Speciality Group, in which she has been involved in insurance coverage disputes, contract disputes, and the removal of mechanic's and materialmen's liens from properties. She has also litigated disputes regarding contracts, fiduciary duties between partners, fraud, conspiracy, and intestate distribution of property.
