Practice Description
O. Paul Corley, Jr.'s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and financings involving financial institutions; insurance product structuring and financing; financial institution regulation; business acquisitions and mergers; and venture capital financing. His expertise includes assisting international entities, particularly banking organizations and insurance companies, with their U.S. and Texas operations.
He has experience in representation of financial institutions before federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Office of Thrift Supervision, Texas Department of Banking, Texas Savings and Loan Department, and Texas Department of Insurance.
