Practice Description

Jessica Hammons advises clients on corporate and securities transactions. Her practice focuses on securities matters, mergers, and acquisitions.

Ms. Hammons's expertise includes public and private equity offerings; SEC reporting and general securities compliance; and general corporate, partnership, limited liability company, and contract matters. In addition, she has advised clients on the adoption and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
