Practice Description

Dawn M. Wright focuses her practice on products liability and toxic tort litigation and the defense of asbestos products and premises liability claims. She represents major, national product manufacturers and chemical distributors in toxic substances cases involving asbestos, silica, benzene, TCE, chlorinated solvents, and other substances. Ms. Wright's expertise encompasses the management, defense, and resolution of cases involving thousands of plaintiffs for national product manufacturers in trial courts across Texas.

Ms. Wright's clients include manufacturers and sellers of automotive components, railroad engines and other components, seat belt and restraint systems, cranes, forklifts, aviation products, and personal watercraft.
